Minimum wholesale order
My minimum wholesale order is £100.
First orders are billed on a proforma basis.
Subsequent orders will be payable 30 days from the date of invoice.
Shipping
I offer free UK mainland shipping on orders over £150.
For UK orders under £150, shipping will be calculated.
For all orders for Europe & International destinations shipping will be estimated when orders are placed.
Any additional taxes, duties and fees are the responsibility of customers.
Lead times
Most orders will be processed within 10-14 days, hopefully sooner but they may take longer during busy seasonal times. Please do indicate your ideal delivery date when placing an order. Thank you.
Returns
If you need to return or require a replacement for damaged or incorrect items, please email me within 5 days of receipt. Returned items must be unopened to qualify for a full refund.
